The technician made a thorough assessment of the fireplaces and gas service lines to the fireplaces in my residence. I learned that what I thought would be a feasible solution to supplement heating was not very feasible. This was important information to learn. Can’t say enough good things about Wilcox. A few years ago they installed a combination water heater and house boiler that has saved us on heating bills and it’s also much smaller. I appreciate how they laid out all of the other options and didn’t push for a certain type. But what’s really great is how responsive they are when we have other plumbing issues. They answer the phone right away, and on one occasion rerouted one of their technicians from a less urgent job to our place. Top shelf service.

I can’t be more pleased with the service from Bill Jasper at John Wilcox Plumbing. We had an unexpected leak from our toilet tank and Bill made a special trip to repair it and to resolve an issue that we hadn’t picked up on, but which could have been disastrous.
