Heat Pumps provide heating and cooling and are typically quiet, and save energy. If you do not have a natural gas line to your home you likely have a Heat Pump System now. This System includes an Air Handler which has a blower fan, a circuit board, and a refrigeration coil similar to an Air Conditioner. Heat Pumps are fancy Air Conditioners. Instead of pushing refrigerant in one directly to provide cooling, heat pumps can go in two directions to provide heating or cooling depending on what is needed in the home.
There are often times rebates, credits, savings, or vouchers available on heat pump equipment from your electric company, state government, and federal government. Contact us for details on what applies to the equipment you are looking at.
We offer traditional heat pumps (air handler and condenser HP) as well as high-efficiency hybrid heat pumps that are paired with Natural Gas furnaces. This provides the best of both worlds Super Efficiency down to low temperatures and then switches to natural gas for when the temperatures outside get super cold and heat pumps don’t work as well.
We also offer ductless mini split heat pump systems. These can operate down to -11 degrees F and are great in our region saving money on energy, reducing reliance on natural gas, and providing comfort inside the house.
Some popular brands we work on: Trane, American Standard, Oxbox, AmeriStar, Carrier, Bryan, Day & Night, Payne, Comfortmaker, Tempstar, ArcoAire, Heil, Amana, Goodman, GMC, Daikin, Maytag, Frigidaire, Gibson, Nutone, Broan, Mammoth, Rheem, Ruud, Weatherking, York, Coleman, Luxair, Lennox, Panasonic, Samsung, Midea, TempStar, AirTemp, and many many more.

Modern heat pumps are designed to perform effectively even in cold climates. Some models maintain efficiency in sub-zero temperatures.
Heat pumps are often more cost-effective to operate than traditional heating methods, with significant savings potential depending on local energy prices and available incentives
Heat pumps require routine maintenance similar to other HVAC systems, including regular filter cleaning and annual professional inspections to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Modern heat pumps are generally quiet. At full capacity, they produce around 50 dB of noise, similar to a washing machine and less than a typical conversation.
